Think of it like this: you have a copy of Photoshop (the BMW Scanner software), and you have a Wacom graphics tablet (your PASoft/xcar360 hardware device). If those folders do exist, you likely need to install the FTDI drivers directly on your computer. If those folders don't exist, I would be happy to PM a link to a download for those folders. That folder should contain a "BMWScan140.exe" file, and another folder labeled "Drivers". So you have downloaded and installed PASoft, yes? On the root level of your hard drive (the "C" drive), there should be a folder labeled "BMWScan140".
